Stephane Remy is Chief Technology & Product Officer at Simoco, responsible for the architecture, roadmap and lifecycle governance of mission-critical communications platforms used across public safety, transport, utilities and regulated enterprise sectors. He leads multi-disciplinary teams spanning product management, R&D, cybersecurity and platform engineering, with board-level accountability for technology risk, resilience and compliance.

With over two decades of experience across telecom networks, devices and platforms, Stephane has held senior leadership roles at BT, O2 (Telefónica) and Cambridge Consultants. His work focuses on the practical application of MCX, human augmentation by AI, edge computing, IoT and hybrid terrestrial–non-terrestrial networks. He is known for translating advanced technologies into deployable, interoperable solutions that enhance situational awareness, responder safety and network resilience while coexisting with legacy systems.
