Phil has worked for East of England Ambulance Service for 16 years, training with them as a paramedic. He became EEAST's Clinical Lead for Electronic patient records in 2022. This role has lead to Phil becoming passionate about exploring and improving connectivity to the devices used by crews on a daily basis so that staff get the best access to patient data and best user experience when creating electronic records.
