Nick Sutton is Strategic Operations Manager at the Scottish Ambulance Service's National Risk & Resilience Department, responsible for overseeing the response to significant incidents and service pressures. With over 20 years of experience in emergency control rooms around the UK, he brings deep operational insight to the challenges facing modern emergency services.
