Multitone Electronics has discussed its presence at this year’s BAPCO Annual Event
Discussing its offering, a spokesperson said: “At the forefront of this year’s exhibit is Multitone Nucleus, [our] new seamless and secure communication solution. Designed to act as a vital bridge between various technologies and platforms, Nucleus ensures that disparate systems work in harmony, providing a unified flow of information when every second counts.
“However, this is not all. In addition to our supply of software solutions, Multitone continues to provide hardware options such as the company’s modern pagers. [It is] a perfect combination for the UK’s blue light services which continue to use this proven technology.”
According to the company, its team will be conducting live demonstrations throughout the event, intending to “provide attendees with a hands-on look at how Nucleus manages complex communication environments.”
Multitone product manager, Colin Azevedo, said: "At its heart, Nucleus solves the problem of fragmented communication by bringing everything into one place, ensuring the right message reaches the right person instantly.
“The greatest challenge in designing such an 'always-on' platform is balancing absolute reliability with the flexibility to integrate legacy equipment and cutting-edge cloud systems simultaneously.
“Perhaps most impactful for frontline staff is our role-based messaging. It ensures that critical alerts follow the specific role or responsibility rather than an individual person, removing friction and reducing delays during busy handovers when every second really matters."
The company is also showcasing its ongoing collaboration with Ericsson and Telent, which it describes as “a cornerstone of Multitone’s mission to deliver the resilient, high-speed communication infrastructure that is essential for a digital future.”
