British APCO launches new website

Friday, December 1, 2017

On Friday 24 November 2017, British APCO launched its new website which is open to all but with extra features for members. British APCO works continually to ensure that the member benefits, facilities and opportunities that we provide are constantly developing and maximised.

This year we have already revamped our members’ quarterly magazine the BAPCO Journal and added a third event to our reinvigorated events programme. We are delighted to announce that we have launched a new British APCO website today, with areas exclusive to members as well as many additional features.

Why visit the site?

Enhancing our members' experience and creating a news and resources hub for the entire Public Safety community are the primary reasons for this redevelopment. The new website contains:

  • RSS feed streaming key sector news
  • Resources including Event Presentations available exclusively to members
  • Information on all our work-streams including 999 Apps, MAIT and ESMCP
  • BAPCO Journal Archive
  • Jobs section
  • Exclusive online Members Locker

Member Locker

When signed in, members have immediate access to their own Member Locker. This new feature will contain all communications from us, it enables them to store items such as event and session booking info for most of our events, store resources such as event presentations and to update their profile and contact details.

The website will continue to develop and we're sure it will become a significant source of information and news about the sector.
