The International Critical Control Rooms Alliance, (ICCRA) is a not-for-profit network of senior leadership figures in many different critical control rooms from around the world including emergency services, transportation, utilities, security and many more. Critical Control Rooms across share many similarities albeit their primary objective differs, they are "The same but different" and hence they can learn from each other.
