Mason Advisory officially named one of UK Best Workplace in Tech™ - for the fifth time
Through the Trust Index© survey and Culture Audit© assessment the Great Place to Work (GPtW) capture both the employee feedback and the organisational practices that make up a truly impactful workplace culture.
The 2023 UK’s Best Workplaces™ in Tech list has been announced, and we’re delighted to share that we’ve been named as one of top Small & Medium technology companies to work for in the country.
It’s the fifth time that we’ve been included in the report, in recognition of our industry-leading standards and strong performance.
Now in its sixth year, the Best Workplaces in Tech™ list celebrates companies, like ours, that are adept at developing dynamic, collaborative cultures that serve as a catalyst for innovation and personal growth for all.
Great Place to Work® UK administered their research-backed Trust Index© employee survey and analysed the responses of UK-based tech employees to determine the Best Workplaces™ list.
The survey asked our 100+ employees to comment on how we support their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security.
The stringent evaluation also included an assessment of how well we deliver consistency of our employee experience across all departments and levels of the organisation
We’re so very proud of having established a great company culture, and we are committed to nurturing it - to attract, retain, and develop the best in tech talent as we scale-up, realise our ambitions and embed operational excellence in everything we do.
Our CEO Paul Pugh said: “The whole Mason Advisory team is thrilled to be recognised as a great workplace to work within the UK tech sector. To make the list for the fifth time is brilliant and testament to how we operate as an organisation and the values we all share.
“We are proud of our working practices and how we have managed to develop such a great culture – and of course, we are proud of every single member of our team. This accolade is testament to the high calibre of tech talent in the business and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our employees for their commitment, enthusiasm and sheer hard work.”
Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work® UK, added: “The Best Workplaces in Tech™️ list is compiled using anonymous feedback from employees within the technology industry about their workplace experience. In one of the country’s fastest-growing industries, it’s fantastic to see UK tech organisations putting their people strategy at the heart of the business and implementing policies, practices and programmes that sustain an impactful and consistently great employee experience for all.”
It's the latest in a long line of accolades and awards that we’ve picked up.
Earlier this year, we were listed in the UK’s Leading Management Consultants 2023 report published by the Financial Times. We also secured a top 100 spot in the UK’s Best Workplaces medium business category rankings back in April.
