International Critical Control Rooms Alliance
Founded in 2017, the International Critical Control Rooms Alliance (ICCRA) brings together professionals from across all industries and sectors involved in the delivery of mission-critical control room services.
ICCRA exists to support excellence in critical operations by enabling collaboration, learning, and the exchange of best practice on a global scale. Through international discussion and knowledge-sharing, we help the critical control room community adapt to evolving operational, technological, environmental, and human factors — ensuring consistently high performance in the most cost-effective way.
Participation in ICCRA is open to any individual or organisation involved in the operation, management, design, or support of critical control rooms, regardless of sector.
What We Do
ICCRA connects professionals and coordinates discussion through four core themes:
- Operations
- Technology
- Environment & Ergonomics
- People & Performance
These themes reflect the full ecosystem required to deliver resilient, safe, and effective mission-critical services.
Our Goal
Our goal is to become the global platform for critical control room learning and discussion, driving continuous improvement and the adoption of best practice across all sectors.
We achieve this by:
- Representing critical control rooms worldwide – ICCRA is the only organisation that spans all industries and control room types globally.
- Supporting a diverse membership – including operational professionals, managers, and commercial partners who design, supply, and support control room environments.
- Delivering valuable member benefits – such as global networking opportunities, conferences, workshops, webinars, research, and white papers.
- Driving excellence in mission-critical service delivery – by creating a trusted forum for collaboration, insight, and innovation.
